Information stand about the Flemish Pietrain Breeding Farm
The aim of the association is to be active in everything that directly or indirectly concerns the improvement of pig production. It pursues this goal, among other things, through the following activities that are the subject of the non-profit organization:
1. determining the breeding goal
2. recording the selection methods
3. developing breeding programs
4. organizing the performance research and genetic evaluation
5. maintaining herd books and zootechnical data
6. issuing zootechnical certificates
