Entrance:

€10, or €5 with discount card. Children < 12 years: free.
The show is open from 9am to 6pm.

Visitor map:

All visitors will once again receive a free plan or visitor map showing the stands, the brands and the pick-up points for the evening shuttle back to the car park.
Safety information and the main emergency number will also be printed on this.

Public transport : NEW

A free shuttle from Oudenaarde station will be provided during the morning and later on in the afternoon. All information will be displayed in the station (arrangements, more information: 0474/68.66.89). The shuttle is provided by Garage Cnockaert and Garage Novoto-Vanneste in association with KIA cars.

Car parks :

All car parks are free of charge.
The car parks are organised as follows:
• Vehicles coming from the direction of Ghent can park straight away to the right on the opposite side of the N60, in P1 – P4. Visitors can cross the N60 safely via two throughways.
• Vehicles coming from the direction of Oudenaarde must turn off to the right before the grounds to P5 – P 10 and then access the grounds via the footpath.

Car park shuttle: NEW

Four tractors with ‘trailers’ will be provided for the shuttle service to the car parks, but only from 4pm to 7pm.
Several pick-up points will be provided:
• at entrance “ I1 = Moriaan “
• at the junction between the Kattedoornstraat and Axelwalle (close to the helipad) = “Heliplaats”
• at P5 = “Heurnestraat”
• at entrance “I2 = Restauranttent”
These shuttles actually drive around the grounds transporting visitors from north to south and back again, bringing them closer to the car parks.
These shuttles are provided by the Goodyear and Willy Naessens companies.
