Setting up and dismantling
The build-up can take place on the following days and hours
- Monday 15/09/2025 to Friday 19/09/2025;
- Every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.;
- Tents must be ready by Wednesday 17/09/2025;
- Electricity available from Thursday afternoon (if ordered).
We ask you to respect the one-way traffic.
The fairgrounds will be completely closed to all through traffic from Friday evening to Monday morning.
The dismantling can take place on the following days and hours
- Sunday 21/09/2025: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
- Monday 22/09/2025: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm;
- Tuesday 23/09/2025: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Route plan construction and dismantling
You can view the route plan for the construction and dismantling below. From the N60 you will be guided to your stand by means of signs stating the stand numbers. May we kindly ask you to respect the one-way traffic at all times.
A loading and unloading zone will again be set up at the Moriaanshoofd. Trucks can be parked during the fair at parking P3b.
